- Can it go on grass ? A- Yes but only if you hire an inflatable tub all our solid hot tubs must go on hard surface.
- Do I need a hose pipe? A- no you do not need a hose pipe we can provide one for you.
- Do I need an outside Tap? A-no we can attach to your indoor tap but you will need to send a picture of your tap before booking to ensure we can fit an adapter on.
- Do I need a extension lead ? A extension lead is included in the price up to 20 metres.
- Do I need to pay a deposit ?- A booking fee is taken which comes of the balance then the rest is paid on the day
- Do you set it up ? A- Yes we deliver and set it up so its ready to use there is nothing you need to do only make sure the area is Clear for the hot tub.
- Can they be hired if its raining ? A- Yes all our hot tub equipment is waterproof.
- Do we have insurance? A- Yes we have full public liability insurance.
- If we cancel can we get a refund?- No the booking fee is none refundable.
- I f I pay in full and cancel can I get a refund?- Yes but the booking fee is non refundable.
- Do I have to pay for loss damage or theft of equipment ? Yes If any equipment is damaged or lost or stolen from your property you will be liable to replace the items in question also if the items are booking out and we have to cancel them due to the items been lost or damage you will be asked to cover the cost of the hires.
Delivery Policy
The delivery price will be available on the website on entering your postcode it will also let you know if we cover that area if your area can not be found please don't hesitate to call us as we still maybe able to help.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather the only weather we put under this section is high winds but please don't hesitate to ask us if you are unsure, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund except the booking fee which can be moved to another booking.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris this is at the drivers descression if they feel it is against any health and safety reason or to stop our equipment getting damaged they can refuse to do the hire and you will loose your booking fee and you could be asked to pay the remainder of the booking value. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
